Legge che va ribattezzata in Levi/Veltroni grazie alle nuove clausole .In sostanza:- ogni blog è equiparato a un prodotto editoriale- ogni blog che pubblica Adsense di Google o banner può risponderne all'Agenzia delle Entrate- ogni blog deve iscriversi al ROC (Registro degli Operatori di Comunicazione)- ogni blog è soggetto alle norme sulla responsabilità connessa ai reati a mezzo stampa- ogni blog che non si iscrive al ROC può essere denuciato per il reato di "stampa clandestina": due anni di carcere e sanzioni economiche.Un blogger può scegliere se iscriversi al ROC, e correre il rischio di una delle innumerevoli denunce penali e civili sui reati a mezzo stampa che risalgono al Codice Rocco del fascismo o, in alternativa, entrare in clandestinità prima di entrare in galera. Insomma, può impiccarsi o spararsi un colpo in testa.La Commissione che deve esaminare la proposta di legge inizierà a breve i lavori sulla "ammazzablogger". Un sostegno da parte della Rete la aiuterà a prendere le decisioni.Loro non molleranno mai (ma gli conviene?), noi neppure.

La stessa testata ha anche aggiunto che i soldi l'Italia non ce li ha con il suo debito pubblico pari al 107% del PIL (prodotto interno lordo), quasi il doppio del limite ammesso dall'Unione Europea (60%). Tutto questo mentre il Governo taglia 8 miliardi alla scuola pubblica e 1 miliardo e mezzo all'università...lo scopo di queste “razionalizzazioni” (come le chiamano) non era quello di diminuire gli sprechi?! In questo Paese si preferisce spendere miliardi per traforare e riempire di cemento valli alpine piuttosto che investire questi soldi per il sistema scolastico pubblico, universitario, sanitario, ambientale e per la ricerca! Giudicate voi in che mani siamo...
