As planned the work, in the Wednesday following the first meeting devoted to the theme of "Equal Opportunities in the World of Work" si sono tenuti i susseguenti incontri riservati alle tematiche della “PROMOZIONE DELL’IMPRENDITORIA FEMMINILE NEL TERRITORIO (Turismo; Commercio; Artigianato)” e del “MAGGIOR INSERIMENTO DELLA DONNA NEL COMPARTO INDUSTRIALE LOCALE”.
Entrambi gli appuntamenti, sempre organizzati dal Coordinamento del Popolo della Libertà di Sarroch , hanno avuto come scopo fondamentale la promozione dei programmi politici rivolti al mondo femminile e al suo maggior inserimento nei vari comparti economici, con maggiore attenzione per il settore industriale ed imprenditoriale. Gli interventi del Coordinatore Dott.Aldo Cois, Use it and Advocate Catherine Hon. Mr. Maddalena Calia, focused in highlighting the difficulties faced by women in entrepreneurial challenges and be able to establish themselves as equals in the workplace.
The data presented by the Coordinator on the percentage of female operators and employees in the industrial sector have shed light on the particular inequality and discrimination against the female community sarrocchese.
