Dear friends,

we got to the final stages of this campaign, brief, intense and difficult. Difficult as these days ho avuto modo di incontrare tante persone con le quali ho avuto modo di scambiare opinioni e preocupazioni del momento difficile che stiamo vivendo, che a parte la crisi e i problemi soliti che attanagliano famiglie e giovani, si aggiungono anche quelli di una politica che è sempre più distante dai problemi della gente, la quale assiste al teatrino di tanti che cercano di carpire il voto con il solito sistema fatto di promesse e di clientelismo. Io mi sotraggo a questo gioco e per quanto mi è stato possibile ho invitato tutti quanti ad andare a votare. Prima di tutto perchè votare è un dovere oltrechè un diritto, conquistato con lunghe e difficile lotte. Secondo perchè chi amministra deve essere legittimato da un ampio consenso popolare. Non è pensabile che ad amministrare una comunità possano essere coloro che non hanno ricevuto un pieno ed autorevole mandato. Ecco perchè dobbiamo andare a votare. Nonostante i malumori, nonostante la delusione dobbiamo esercitare questa sacrosanto diritto di ciascun individuo. Mi scuso con tutti quelli che non sono riuscito ad avvicinare e contattare personalmente. Il dover "correre" da un comune all'altro all'interno del collegio ha fatto si che qualcuno di voi non venisse da me raggiunto. Ho cercato di far capire a tutti che il mio impegno è rivolto in primo luogo al nostro straordinario territorio e alla valorizzazione di questo patrimonio naturale, culturale, archeologico, che se organizzato a dovere può diventare davvero un volando economico importante. So che con la frammentazione dei voti che si andrà a creare, vista la moltitudine di candidati che gravitano nel collegio, abbiamo perso un'occasione per garantire al nostro territorio una rappresentatività all'interno del consiglio provinciale. Da tempo prima della candidatura mi sono reso disponibile a fare un passo indietro, allo scopo di creare le condizioni per favorire l'obiettivo di avere il minor numero di candidati nel collegio e centrare l'obiettivo. Purtroppo, vuoi l'ambizione personale, vuoi il solito giochino di alcune "lobby" per garantirsi una certa visibilità, ad oggi rischiamo seriamente di portare tutti quanti "acqua" al mulino del centro-destra ma di non riuscire a rappresentarci come territorio. Il Popolo della Libertà, ovviamente essendo il partito di maggioranza, sia al governo che alla regione ha la visibilità maggiore e le più concrete possibilità di far eleggere il maggior numero di consiglieri. Il nostro territorio, visti gli ultimi risultati elettorali ha la forza e la capacità di esprimere un risultato che può realmente consentire l'elezione del proprio rappresentante all'interno dell'assemblea provinciale. Molti dei partiti della coalizione hanno usato il PDL come specchietto per le allodole, facendo intendere che un voto a loro equivale ad un voto al centro-destra. in realtà il PDL è uno è uno solo e chi corre al di fuori del PDL lo fa per ragione di opportunismo e di convenienza elettorale. So che peraltro numerosi di voi hanno ricevuto le tradizionali visite "porta a porta" dei cari candidati, taluni hanno preferito incontrare gli elettori in cene o banchetti, anche fuori porta. Io ho scelto di incontrarVi nel vostro paese, nella vostra sede. Il Popolo della Libertà forte e presente nel territorio

Come già preannunciato, il candidato Presidente alla Provincia di Cagliari, della coalizione del Centrodestra, Giuseppe FARRIS ha presentato il suo programma elettorale ai cittadini di Sarroch giovedì 13 maggio. Evento questo, successivo alla presentazione del Candidato al Consiglio Provinciale del PDL Angelo TOLU, tenutosi il 7 maggio alla presenza dell’On. Carlo SANJUST.

Fuor di dubbio è stato un incontro politicamente esaltante per le proposizioni e i contenuti. Sinergie queste che con le nuove disposizioni di concessione sono più semplici da ottenere.

Di seguito l’On. ARTIZZU ha riposto l’attenzione sulle potenzialità di cui Sarroch dispone oltre il comparto industriale.

In particolare ha fatto cenno sulla grave e permanente inefficienza del porto turistico di Perd’e Sali che nell’ambito delle disponibilità del territorio risulta una struttura da rivitalizzare per garantire al turismo marino una infrastruttura chiave nella tratta diportistica Cagliari–Teulada.

Quindi ha preso la parola Giuseppe FARRIS, il Candidato Presidente alla Provincia di Cagliari. Ha esposto immediatamente un nuovo modello di amministrare la Provincia , un ente che per vari motivi di ordine politico era stato relegato a condizione quasi subalterna. Uno dei primi provvedimenti che intende attuare è l’incontro mensile con i sindaci attraverso la creazione della conferenza dei sindaci della provincia. Ogni Comune disporrà di una stazione web adibita alla creazione di un’interfaccia virtuale che attui un collegamento permanente tra i cittadini ed i servizi erogati dalla Provincia. L’intervento del Candidato Presidente FARRIS si è poi concluso con la rinnovata intenzione di porre in essere reali interventi volti a stimolare settori economici fondamentali per lo sviluppo provinciale, quali il turismo, l’agricoltura ed il commercio, concentrandosi sull’importanza di evitare la creazione di monoculture economiche fondate su singoli settori e quindi perennemente exposed to blackmail and the instability of business cycles. The appointment si è quindi concluso con un cordiale rinfresco preparato da alcune amiche del PDL Sarroch, dove ospiti e pubblico presente hanno proseguito ad interloquire sulle tematiche poste in luce e sui programmi politici esposti.

Sono queste delle settimane di straordinaria importanza per la realtà politica locale. Le Elezioni Provinciali che incombono risultano essere un appuntamento fondamentale sia per scegliere un rappresentante del territorio in Consiglio Provinciale, sia per dimostrare quanto il PDL Sarroch sia forte e maturo d’innanzi all’avvicinarsi delle prossime elezioni Comunali.

Cari amici, nel ricordarvi l'apertura della Campagna Elettorale con annessa presentazione del Candidato per le Elezioni Provinciali che si terrà il 7 Maggio 2010 in Via al Mare N°2, pubblichiamo di seguito la lettera di Angelo Tolu agli elettori.

I would ask the availability of some minutes of your time to give me the chance to explain, and possibly share with you, the reasons that led me to make myself available, accepting the nomination in the College of Liberty for the People 21.

I state that I am not against a white opponent. I am applying because I think I have ideas, passions, and can devote much effort to best represent our country. And for the wish that the election campaign, first, the action of successive governments, has qualities of broad participation and transparency, whilst always on the tone of the debate, but high and civil.

One applicant does not feed on the promises (of places, prebend, assignments), but feeding, first, of principles. And then of concreteness.

In 1995 I agreed to direct the Tourist Association Pro Loco di Pula through which I had the honor and opportunity to engage in a sector such as tourism that has given me great satisfaction, allowing me to gain extensive experience in events organization and promotion of my country.

For six years he served as Head of Tourism and Entertainment City of Pula, and I believe I have so far worked vigorously for the promotion of a territory that was not confined only to 'local Pula, but extended to neighboring towns. One element that I'm proud of is having given my modest contribution to the establishment of the Tourist Sulcitana Coast including the towns of Capoterra Sarroch, Villa San Pietro, Pula, Domusdemaria, Teulada and Santadi.

I firmly believe in the synergies of the region, convinced that only united action can effectively transform the "tourism" and give the value of a key element and driver of our economy. The experience allows me today to present my candidacy, as I am convinced that the area is ripe to express, on a par with others, a representative to meet the legitimate aspirations of a territory that has great potential.

The center-right electorate of our countries has not so far been able to exploit the opportunity self-represented at the provincial, and perhaps missed the opportunity to strengthen the relationship with citizens, to enhance trust and maintaining good relationships, and develop on their behalf and to protect their legitimate interests, the dialogue with the institutions and Public Administration.

By establishing, in short, a relationship of direct confrontation with the citizens, it is possible to mutual cooperation and mutual enrichment: Therefore, I apply the assumption that the provincial government needs a massive dose input public participation in decisions that count. I note, and you will surely agree with me that this involvement is too often missed, leading to a removal and a disaffection that must be recovered.

Concepts such as team spirit, sense of belonging and identity are likely to appear, now more than ever, as empty slogans if, before that, you do not recover well the principles which underpin work: mutual trust and a sense of transparency, based on which the exploitation of the person.

I am applying, Finally, having a firm understanding that the current crisis - which we must not fail to mention the scope - can be better addressed by the wider membership and with a "step change" that can identify new ways to build together.

I ask you, therefore, to choose to vote for the People of Freedom and to trust Your preference in the upcoming provincial elections 30 and 31 May, and advise if your convenience, my person to your family and your friends.

Riteniamo molto importante ricordare che Angelo Tolu è stato designato all'unanimità da tutti i Coordinatori del Collegio 21, quindi dalla base, nel modo più democratico. Il nostro candidato ha esperienza politica consolidata da due legislature, è Assessore al Turismo del Comune di Pula, e sono molteplici le attività politiche da lui svolte nel recente passato, come la Presidenza della Pro Loco di Pula e del Circolo Cittadino di Forza Italia. Le sue origini sono di Sarroch e risultano molto consolidate.
