I would ask the availability of some minutes of your time to give me the chance to explain, and possibly share with you, the reasons that led me to make myself available, accepting the nomination in the College of Liberty for the People 21.
I state that I am not against a white opponent. I am applying because I think I have ideas, passions, and can devote much effort to best represent our country. And for the wish that the election campaign, first, the action of successive governments, has qualities of broad participation and transparency, whilst always on the tone of the debate, but high and civil.
One applicant does not feed on the promises (of places, prebend, assignments), but feeding, first, of principles. And then of concreteness.

In 1995 I agreed to direct the Tourist Association Pro Loco di Pula through which I had the honor and opportunity to engage in a sector such as tourism that has given me great satisfaction, allowing me to gain extensive experience in events organization and promotion of my country.
For six years he served as Head of Tourism and Entertainment City of Pula, and I believe I have so far worked vigorously for the promotion of a territory that was not confined only to 'local Pula, but extended to neighboring towns. One element that I'm proud of is having given my modest contribution to the establishment of the Tourist Sulcitana Coast including the towns of Capoterra Sarroch, Villa San Pietro, Pula, Domusdemaria, Teulada and Santadi.
I firmly believe in the synergies of the region, convinced that only united action can effectively transform the "tourism" and give the value of a key element and driver of our economy. The experience allows me today to present my candidacy, as I am convinced that the area is ripe to express, on a par with others, a representative to meet the legitimate aspirations of a territory that has great potential.
The center-right electorate of our countries has not so far been able to exploit the opportunity self-represented at the provincial, and perhaps missed the opportunity to strengthen the relationship with citizens, to enhance trust and maintaining good relationships, and develop on their behalf and to protect their legitimate interests, the dialogue with the institutions and Public Administration.
By establishing, in short, a relationship of direct confrontation with the citizens, it is possible to mutual cooperation and mutual enrichment: Therefore, I apply the assumption that the provincial government needs a massive dose input public participation in decisions that count. I note, and you will surely agree with me that this involvement is too often missed, leading to a removal and a disaffection that must be recovered.
Concepts such as team spirit, sense of belonging and identity are likely to appear, now more than ever, as empty slogans if, before that, you do not recover well the principles which underpin work: mutual trust and a sense of transparency, based on which the exploitation of the person.
I am applying, Finally, having a firm understanding that the current crisis - which we must not fail to mention the scope - can be better addressed by the wider membership and with a "step change" that can identify new ways to build together.
