La mozione campeggia sulla home page di Facoltà e il dibattito sul forum degli studenti è nuovamente vivo. Vi invitamo a diffondere questo testo, sottoscritto tra gli altri da preside, vicepreside e direttore del Seminario Giuridico, come ulteriore e autorevole testimonanza di un'opposizione sempre più ampia e articolata su posizioni consapevoli e ragionamenti condivisi tra tutte le componenti del corpo accademico.

Noi precari del Coordinamento dei Precari dell'Università (CPU) condanniamo fermamente la decisione della Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia dell’Università di Sassari di bandire contratti di insegnamento con il compenso di 1 euro.

Consideriamo la pratica di affidare a personale non strutturato corsi a titolo gratuito o con compenso inadeguato, diffusa da anni nell'università italiana, profondamente lesiva della dignità dei lavoratori e della stessa immagine dell’istituzione universitaria. E’ ora di squarciare il velo su una verità finora pudicamente nascosta o affidata a qualche servizio scandalistico, sporadico e privo di effetto, di quotidiani bisognosi di riempire qualche buco nelle pagine interne: l’università italiana si regge sull’utilizzo di lavoro gratuito o sottopagato, come autorevolmente affermato dalla Commissione Bilancio della Camera dei Deputati nel definire “privo di copertura economica” l’emendamento che cancella le docenze gratuite e semigratuite fatto inserire dall’opposizione nel DdL Gelmini.

Contro questa realtà indegna, invitiamo tutti i precari della ricerca e della docenza delle università italiane ad astenersi da qualsiasi attività di didattica e ricerca svolta a titolo gratuito e al di fuori di un chiaro inquadramento contrattuale.

Chiediamo ai Ricercatori, Professori e Presidi che si sono mobilitati nel firmare documenti di denuncia del DdL Gelmini e che ogni giorno osservano la grave situazione nella quale si trova il sistema universitario nazionale, di sostenere questa posizione opponendo un netto rifiuto alla prassi del lavoro gratuito nelle università pubbliche statali e astenendosi dal partecipare a decisioni di governo e gestione (bandi per affidamento d’incarichi didattici a titolo gratuito o simbolico) che ne legittimino e amplifichino la diffusione.

Noi precari del Coordinamento dei Precari dell'Università (CPU) leggiamo con sdegno il resoconto della risposta del sottosegretario Guido Viceconte all’interrogazione parlamentare sull’utilizzo dei fondi stanziati dal precedente Governo nell’ormai lontano 2006 per l’assunzione di nuovi ricercatori nelle università. A precisa domanda (fornire dati certi sugli stanziamenti delle quote Mussi non ancora utilizzate e fissare un termine per l'utilizzo delle quote che alcuni atenei non stanno utilizzando, in vista di una possibile redistribuzione ad altre università) il sottosegretario ha risposto semplicemente with nothing.

5) the introduction of a single pre-contract role to ensure the rights, fair pay and better representation in government bodies, workers in precarious research;
6) the expansion of the national defense protection of the right to education to ensure equal opportunities for all students in all universities.

how precarious the research and teaching of the Italian university strongly condemns the position taken by the CRUI on the postponement of discussion of the bill to the chamber Gelmini.

According Decleva the disapproval of the bill would put at risk "on the recruitment procedures that affect so many deserving young scholars." The reality, as all know the precarious university, is the opposite: just remove the DDL for tens of thousands of deserving students, young and old, the prospect of obtaining decent work, after years of precarious wild. The items di Decleva rappresentano un'offesa enorme alla verità, ma questo non ci sorprende. Conosciamo fin troppo bene quali siano le attenzioni che i rettori della CRUI sanno rivolgere alle nuove generazioni. Non dimentichiamo infatti che negli ultimi decenni le università da loro governate hanno costruito le proprie fortune sulla pelle di un'intera generazione di studiosi, ai quali viene negata quotidianamente la dignità di lavoratori. Né ci stupisce che si comportino da padroni dell'università pubblica, minacciando, ricattando e complottando, perché questo è il modo irrimediabilmente distorto che hanno di intendere il proprio ruolo.

La CRUI, club privato di Università, è in palese conflitto di interesse, perché i rettori sarebbero i maggiori beneficiari del DDL, diventando veri e propri plenipotenziari delle nuove università
disegnate dalla Ministra. Condizionati dai propri appetiti, i rettori della CRUI non possono certo rappresentare gli interessi dell'Università pubblica. Riconosciamo invece come suoi sinceri
rappresentanti i numerosi senati accademici, consigli di facoltà e dipartimenti che, sconfessando la CRUI, si sono pronunciati a favore della protesta, contro questo DDL, e per il finanziamento adeguato dell'università pubblica. Siamo solidali con i colleghi ricercatori indisponibili e con gli studenti che si oppongono a questa riforma distruttiva. Ci appelliamo a queste componenti sane University because it confirms and indeed strengthen the ongoing protests against a DDL malicious inemendabile and unrecoverable in all its parts.
